According to DNA Genetics, the indica-heavy plant grows tall and flowers in about nine weeks. Best grown indoors, OG #18 has high yields in keeping with its Chemdawg heritage. DNA Genetics claims the strain tends to produce relaxing and uplifting effects. OG #18 won third place indica in High Times Cannabis Cup 2007, second place indica in High Times Cannabis Cup 2009, and first place hydro at Spannabis Cannabis Champions Cup 2011.
